Returns & Exchange Policy

At Aabha (managed by Varun Suit House), customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We do not accept returns for products once they have been delivered, except in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged.
  • The wrong product has been delivered.

To be eligible for a return in either of the above situations, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return due to a damaged or incorrect product, you must provide:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photographs of the product received.
  • A complete, unedited video of the package being opened from the beginning.
  • The video must clearly show the sealed package, the opening process, and the product received.
  • The product must be clearly visible in the video and compared with the item ordered, where applicable.

Providing the package opening video is mandatory. Claims regarding damaged, missing, or incorrect products cannot be processed without a clear package opening video and supporting photographs. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund, as deemed appropriate by our team.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for size-related issues, subject to product availability.

Please note:

  • Exchanges are permitted only for the same product in a different size.
  • Exchanges for a different product, design, color, or style are not allowed.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

To request a size exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Eligible Cases

The following requests will not be accepted:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Requests for a different product instead of a size exchange
  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Requests made beyond the specified timeframes
