Returns & Exchange Policy

At Aabha®(managed by Varun Suit House), customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 2 days of receiving your saree.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • Once the returned product is delivered back to our warehouse, additional checks will be done and store credit will be provided accordingly.
  • Refunds will be provided via store credit only.

Refund for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

  • Refunds will be provided via store credit only.
  • Please note: COD charges are non-refundable.
    If the reverse pickup is unavailable at your location. Customer will have to do Courier from their end.

Providing the package opening video is mandatory. Claims regarding damaged, missing, or incorrect products cannot be processed without a clear package opening video and supporting photographs. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund, as deemed appropriate by our team.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges on all products, subject to product availability.

Please note:

  • Exchanges are permitted for the same product in a different size as well as other product as well.
  • Exchanges for a different product, design, color, or style are allowed.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.

Non-Eligible Cases

The following requests will not be accepted:

  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Requests made beyond the specified timeframes
  • No Video proof of parcel when claims of wrong, damaged or used product is raised.
