Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation notification along with tracking details, where applicable.

We currently deliver across India.
Estimated delivery time is 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier service availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to factors beyond our control.

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details.

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled while in transit.
Refusing delivery of a shipped order will not qualify as a valid cancellation request.
Any costs incurred due to refused deliveries or unsuccessful delivery attempts may be deducted from the refund amount, where applicable.
